Ed addressed specific updates to the Self-Rating Rules, which are as follows:
- EVSTL requires you to move up if you are winning 75% of your matches and 60% of your games at the level 1 position on your existing team (minimum 6 matches), with at least three of the matches played after January 1. When that occurs the record is "locked", and the player must be moved up to become a regular member at the next level.
- Move downs- Exempts line 1 and 2-rated players from move down based on 40% matches at the 3, 4, and 5 level.
- The guideline regarding self-raters playing with self-raters was amended to reflect that matches played with other self-raters @ the 3, 4, and 5 position count, and count at 1 and 2 with a win, but not a loss.
The Self Rating Committee agreed to continue establishing guidelines for other VPTC President-assigned issues with respect to matters that are not strictly under the domain of "self-rating"

SELF-RATING COMMITTEE REPORT-ED DEWALD
The Self Rating Committee agreed to continue establishing guidelines for other VPTC President-assigned issues with respect to matters that are not strictly under the domain of "self-rating".
Ed also encouraged Captains to visit our website, print and read to their team members, word for word, the above rules, as well as the Self-Rating Flow Chart.
